Is there a Binance API to connect to Pionex?

Not binance API to connect to Pionex, but Pionex own API. I have a program that tend to sound an alarm when there are idle balance in my account. Basically I wanna do automated dual investments. However, the option for such auto is very limited in Pionex. I can only target 30% (I want to target 100%). I want to do more than just BTC ETH.
